     Air Law
                 -  An overtaking aircraft has the right of way and must keep clear of the
                     overtaken aircraft.
                 -  An aircraft moving on the maneuvering area of an airfield must give way to
                     aircraft under takeoff or in the process of starting.
                 -  An aircraft moving on the maneuvering area of an airfield must stop in front
                     of all marked holding positions unless permission to continue is received
                     from the control tower.
                 -  An aircraft moving on the maneuvering area of an
                     airfield must stop in front of any illuminated stop-
                     bars (stop-bars are embedded in the asphalt) and
                     may only continue once the light has been turned
                     off  and  permission  has  been  received  from  the
                     control tower.
                The two lights at either side of the runway are lights that indicate a stop-line.
                These remain illuminated.
                1.4.2.2     Maneuvering on and near an airfield
                An aircraft maneuvering on or near an airfield must:
                  -  Observe all other airfield traffic to avoid collisions (when passing airfields
                      where glider launches are occurring, it is recommended to pass 2500 ft.
                      above  or  1  NM  horizontally  from  the  airfield  unless  joining  the  traffic
                      pattern (VFG ENR 5.5 concerning airfields with gliding activities)).
                  -  Follow or keep clear of the traffic pattern.
                  -  Turn left for all turns during the approach for landing and after takeoff,
                      unless otherwise instructed by the air traffic service or specified by the
                      Civil Aviation Administration.
                  -  Land and take off into the wind, unless safety, the design of the runway
                      system, or other air traffic requires another direction to be preferred.
