The airport’s runway directions and lengths are found in the airport map file,
which can be found in VFG under EKVB.
Below you see the airspace chart for EKVB. There are a lot of abbreviations. In
the boxes to the right of the chart you can see explanations of the
abbreviations.

We now have all the information regarding the location of the runways and
their length.
With wind coming from east (090⁰), it would be best to use runway 11.
If you look at runway 11, you can see that the THR (runway threshold) is moved
a bit into the runway. This is often done if there are trees or obstacles in front
of the runway. You usually pass the THR at a height of 50 feet. If you are going
to take off on runway 11, you taxi all the way to the end of the runway and start
your take-off run before the THR.
