O-TZ Roskilde Tower QDM 270 degrees

                      QDM 270 degrees O-TZ

What does that tell us? Yes, the magnetic direction Towards Roskilde is 270

degrees. The plane is east of Roskilde. You correct for any crosswinds and fly
towards Roskilde. You can then get a new QDM and see if the wind correction

has been correct, or if the course needs to be changed.

                 4.12.4 Messages regarding flight safety

Includes everything regarding the submission of:

                   - position reports

                   - permissions

                   - instructions

                   - SIGMET's (hazardous weather)

(so, a position report is just as important as, for example, "permitted to take
off", as everyone in the group has the same priority)

                 4.12.5 Meteorological messages

Meteorological messages includes all types of meteorological messages, except

                 SIGMETs.

4.12.6 Messages regarding the regularity of flights

Includes messages that do not necessarily originate from the provision of flight

services but are often related to the companies' messages to and from aircraft.

If the airline has its own frequency, this must be used for such messages.

There are also messages completely outside the category, e.g. "Herning Radio
you can order a taxi for 4 persons in 30 minutes"
