Operational procedures

Wait before pulling the handles for the containers that inflate the vests until

you are out of the aircraft and away from it; otherwise, you could find yourself

in a situation where you cannot exit the aircraft.

The exact procedures for the specific aircraft type should be followed — refer

to the aircraft manual.

Once the emergency landing has been completed — and you are sure that the

aircraft's engine and systems are shut down — the aircraft should be evacuated.

Remember to secure the aircraft's documents.
