     Air Law
1.4.6.2 VFR in control zones (CTR)
                Requirements for the airport
At an airport in a CTR, you must have at least 5 km of visibility and 1500 feet
clearance from cloud base to allow VFR flight.
                Requirements for us
In a CTR, you must carry out the flight
                with:
                  - At least 1000 feet vertical clearance
                      from cloud base
                  - At least 5 km visibility
                1.4.6.3 Special VFR
In order to enter and land at a controlled airport (and consequently in the
control zone with class D airspace) even in slightly poorer weather, the
following rules for special VFR flights have been adopted.
                Requirements for the airport
For example, for Billund TWR to grant permission for Special VFR in the control
zone, the meteorological values must be:
                  - Visibility on the ground of at least 1.5 km (VFR night down to 5 km at < 140 kts)
                  - Cloud base at least 600 feet (VFR night cloud base at least 1100 feet)
Additionally, traffic conditions must allow for it, as the air traffic controller must
ensure separation from other Special VFR traffic!
                Requirements for us
As previously mentioned, in D airspace, you need at least 5 km visibility and
must comply with the distance to clouds of 1500 m and 1000 feet.
