     8.3.2.3 Traffic Information and Avoidance
Whenever traffic appears to be conflicting with the “target” aircraft, the
controller should pass information in the form:
A typical “traffic information” report to a pilot would be:
“SPD, unknown traffic 10 o’clock 6 miles, crossing left to right, altitude
unknown fast moving. If not sighted turn left heading 270"
                         “Left heading 270, SPD".
               8.3.2.4 Avoiding Action
Avoiding action to be taken by the pilot will be given whenever the controller
considers that there would be a collision risk if no action was taken.
“SPD, avoiding action turn left immediately heading 270, traffic right 2
                        o’clock same level converging”.
                       “Left heading 270, SPD”
               When the risk has passed:
                        “SPD, resume own navigation”
                         “Wilco, SPD”.
               8.4 Conditional Clearances
Conditional clearances are given by ATC in the following format:
                  1) Call Sign
                  2) The Condition
                  3) The Clearance
                  4) The Condition
