Career Highlights:
• Numerous investment and development matters for Lloyds Bank plc, Handelsbanken, RBS/Nat West, Bank of Ireland, a number of SIPPS and more
• Funding of the new Ricoh Arena on behalf of Clydesdale Bank including reviewing all aspects of development, construction and leasing documentation
• Acquisitions, disposals and nancing of a number of hotels for London hoteliers, including management agreements
SEAN BULMAN

Career: Joined DJB in 2006 following a career at Osborne Clarke.
Career Highlights:
• Acquisition and leaseback of the European HQ of a listed manufacturing company for an institutional investor, valued at £10m
• £20m acquisition of the of ce used as EE HQ for an institutional investor, generating almost £1.2m p.a. in rental income
• Acquisition of a retail park valued at over £18m for an a property investment company

Career: Joined DJB in 2013 following a career at Trowers and Hamlin. Maeve is a property litigation specialist.

• Successfully challenged the decision of a local authority to refuse ve planning applications for prior approval for the conversion from of ces to ats on behalf of a property company
• Advising in respect of a claim for commercial rent arrears, speci cally in relation to the AGA and the prospects of success against the guarantor
• Advising landlords in relation to tenants’ administration/insolvency and how best to minimise losses
