DJB advised City and County of Swansea Council on a lease for Parc Felindre Business Park, securing a national distribution centre tenant. This included advising on EU procurement, landlord and tenant and commercial elements.
DJB acted for a Property Investment Company on the acquisition of two hotels with a combined value of over £20m, whose tenants included Travelodge, Bathstore, Dominos and Kitchen Gallery.
DJB advised a Property Investment Company on most of their £750m+ property investments over the last four years, including their recent £43m acquisition of a 500,000 sq ft cross-docked distribution centre.
