Elizabeth is a key member of our Account Management team, working closely with the Client Directors, dealing with instructions, fee estimates and general queries to ensure the day-to-day management of our clients’ work runs smoothly.
Chris Kerr
ACCOUNT MANAGER
In addition to his account management role, Chris takes an active role in the rm’s marketing and bid writing work including any bids put forward in partnership with other law rms. In his spare time, Chris is a management consultant to charities and recently advised the CEO of a leading law centre on innovative ways to tackle the access to justice issue.
Ashleigh McClements
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Ashleigh joined the team in 2019 having just completed her LPC and Masters degree in Business and Law at the University of Law. In her account management role Ashleigh works alongside Sean Gardner and Madeleine Davitt looking after key clients, including Highways England and The Royal Parks.

DJB’s Account Management team assists and enhances the Business Development Team's ability to service their clients’ needs. Taking care of all client and matter administration, Account Managers support clients on a day-to-day basis.
In addition to this, Account Managers are responsible for strategising and managing core aspects of the business from marketing and events to compliance and ef ciencies. Their goal is to facilitate and deliver excellent client care.
