Yvonne joined DJB in 2019 as a Client Director with 10 years’ experience as a property litigation solicitor. She has acted for prime central London estates, investors, developers, management companies and high net worth individuals, advising on all aspects of contentious property matters. Yvonne takes a proactive approach, understanding clients’ commercial needs to deliver pragmatic, focused solutions.

Sue McCormick
CLIENT DIRECTOR
Sue joined DJB’s client care team in 2008. Sue is a very experienced account manager who focuses primarily on growing the rm’s local authority client base. Sue is the rm’s contract manager for our local authority legal services frameworks including Surrey, Sussex, the LLG Legal Services Framework and the West Yorkshire framework. Sue is the rst point of contact for many of our local authority clients.

Emma Tonkin
CLIENT DIRECTOR
Emma was a commercial property solicitor with over 17 years’ experience before joining DJB. She has worked with respected names in the leisure sector including the Odeon Cinema Group and Mitchells & Butlers. Emma has also worked with investors, developers and management companies with mixed-use property portfolios. She is a senior advocate member of Real Estate Balance and a member of the Leisure Property Forum.
