HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Mark joined DJB in 2019 to manage the rm’s administrative functions, with direct responsibility for the rm’s operating costs and purchasing. With a background in Chemical Engineering Mark transitioned into operations management and business improvement for a global chemicals company, completing an Executive MBA at Kingston Business School in 2015. Prior to DJB Mark held the position of Operations Manager at a commercial laboratory within the Aerospace division of a global testing company. Mark brings a practical knowledge of business operations and quality management which is invaluable as we continue to re ne and innovate how DJB operates.

Libby Clapperton
FINANCE MANAGER
Libby manages the rm’s nance team taking care of all aspects of the Accounts Department. Before joining the rm in 2007, Libby ran the cashier team for a large law rm. Libby works closely with our clients to understand their invoicing and payment requirements and ensures these processes are straightforward. This goes some way to explain why our clients’ completions are never delayed by us.
