CHIEF EXECUTIVE
As the rm’s Chief Executive Peter has historically focused on developing innovative solutions for the running of the rm and in support of its growth. The result is a model which delivers quality advice at exceptional commercial value.
With Mark MacCormack’s recent appointment as Head of Operations, Peter’s role is now increasingly concentrated on his work as Head of the Business Development team. Drawing on the experience he gained from running the rm for over 20 years, Peter works with the team to develop and implement strategies for optimising both new and existing business streams. In this role he also oversees the Account Management team to ensure the delivery of exemplary client care.
Peter is passionate about diversifying the way we deliver services to the real estate market. He works speci cally on building productive commercial partnerships with law rms, from the magic circle to boutique, as part of our Real Estate Support and Partnership offering.

Geoffrey Lander
NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
As one of the most experienced and renowned experts in real estate Geoffrey brings a wealth of expertise to DJB. He brings knowledge in business growth and development, along with his signi cant industry knowledge and connections within the world of real estate. He retired from legal practice in 2003, when he was at the peak of the profession. He was Head of Real Estate at Nabarro, recognised as an industry leader by the directories and winner of awards. Geoffrey then took on numerous Non- Executive roles for property companies and other organisations. He said that these roles were an eye- opener into what law rms need to do to deliver a world-class service to clients.
