We provide external legal training seminars both in-house and in various venues around the country. DJB’s Head of Legal Training, Richard Snape, gives essential updates in property law to lawyers, chartered surveyors and other property professionals.

DJB’s learning portal is aimed at all
real estate professionals with a view to helping them to maintain competencies and meet CPD requirements. It comprises materials produced by DJB and gathered resources and can be found at www.djblearning.co.uk.
CLIENT PORTAL
The DJB Portal, a collaborative working portal, is designed to optimise the speed of transactions by aiding collaboration between stakeholders. It allows sharing of les and documents; managing
action plans and to-do lists; central depositories for deeds plans; centralised diary management for the assistance of critical path analysis. Access is controlled centrally by the rm.

Our bespoke in-house built marketing, operations, development and intelligence application is designed to allow better documenting of our clients’ needs. MODI centralises all of our intelligence, resources and processes, facilitating a coordinated approach
