Tim is a founding member of DJB, formerly of Government Property Lawyers and Treasury Solicitor’s Department. Tim specialises in land law relating to Crown Property. His career highlights include: the rst registrationof10DowningStreetand sitesinWhitehallfortheCabinetOf ce; property work in relation to the London 2012 Olympic Events for the Royal Parks; and advising numerous public sector bodies including the Ministry of Defence and the Department for Health.
YOHANNA WEBER
PQE: 9 years
Yohanna joined DJB in 2020 following a career at Field sher, Eversheds Sutherland and in-house at London Borough of Haringey (LBH). Yohanna is a planning and environmental law expert, notably acting for: LBH on the re-development of the White Hart Lane Stadium by Tottenham Hotspur Football Club including the new 56,250 seat stadium; Barratt Developments plc on the section 106 agreement for a mixed use scheme; and National Grid on DCOs for a 6km section of high- pressure gas transmission pipeline under the River Humber.
TINA DURANI
PQE: 15 years
Tina joined DJB in 2016 following a career at Clifford Chance. Tina has notably advised on: the acquisition of a debt portfolio comprising 141 commercial properties from Lloyds Banking for a competitor; the initial investment and development of Walbrook Square for £240m for Metrovacesa and its subsidiaries; and the £500m restoration of Kings Cross station for Network Rail.
ZAHEER BASHIR

Zaheer joined DJB in 2016 following a career in-house at South Lakeland District Council. Zaheer’s career highlights include advising on: land acquisitions for the construction of highways, strategic disposals, leases, CPO powers and General Vesting Declaration procedures for Highways England; the strategic review of assets for housing and infrastructure development purposes; and S106 agreements ranging from affordable housing restrictions, commuted sums, developer contributions and open spaces for a planning authority.
TONY FITZMAURICE
PQE: 36 years
Tony joined DJB in 2013 following a career as Head of Real Estate at Brabners LLP. Tony’s career highlights include: advising on Peel Media Ltd’s Media City project at Salford Quays involving the relocation of various BBC departments; negotiating a GrantFundingAgreementforSalford City Council’s Greengate 40,000 sq m mixed-use scheme development; and advising Bolton MBC on their agship development scheme, involving the construction of a new sports research facility and leisure and wellbeing centre.
