• Consider getting an appraisal for both the building and separate for contents.
• Consider a Cyber policy to protect hacking, identity theft and network security.
• Consider switching your State TDB to a private carrier through the NJRHA. If
you are not already a member, I can grant you a first year discount cost of $100
for membership.
