2. The Process of the Tabernacle Prayer

The tabernacle is important in reflecting the life of heaven.

The author of Hebrews speaks of the tabernacle’s amazing
foreshadowing attributes.

“They serve as a sanctuary that is a copy and shadow of

what is in heaven. This is why Moses was warned when he
was about to build the tabernacle; “See to it that you make

every-thing according to the pattern shown you on the
mountain.” (Hebrews 8:5)

When God spoke to Moses in building the tabernacle,

it was to show him the heavenly things. It is because the
tabernacle is a ‘shadow of what is in heaven’. Just as the

priests serve God at the tabernacle, there will be worshipping
of God in heaven. As the tabernacle purified the sins of all

the people, there will be a continuance of living in purity
through the tabernacle in heaven.

Life in heaven revolves around worshipping. It is about
walking with God eternally. The people will gather around to

worship in heaven. There will be a tabernacle to worship and
praise God in Heaven.
