       30mL/60mL GLEN GRANT
       THE MAJOR’S RESERVE
       120mL/180mL SODA WATER
       15mL HONEY SYRUP

       Combine ingredients
       in a tall glass and fill
       with cubed ice.
       Garnish with
       a lemon peel.































       PENICILLIN




       60mL GLEN GRANT 10 YEAR OLD
       30mL FRESH LEMON JUICE
       15mL GINGER HONEY SYRUP
       5mL PEATY MALT WHISKY
       Hard shake ingredients and strain over

       fresh ice.  Float peaty malt whisky on top.
       Garnish with candied ginger.
