ELVER ESQUIVEL
Elver's passion is music, he earned his degree with a

Bachelor's of Music Major in Vocal Performance from the
University of Sto. Tomas. His career started as a theatre actor
and did around 40 musicals for Repertory Philippines,

Philippine Opera Company, and Stella Productions of Ms.
Saigon in Stuttgart Germany. He worked in Magsaysay as an
Entertainment Manager in 2005 and eventually headed Multi-
Fleet Passenger in 2011. This year marks his 15th year in the
business and continues loving his work.

Working with him are all seasoned personnel:

KRYSTYL MONTILLA has been with the crewing industry
since 2012. She started as a Documentation Officer and in

that same year, she was given an opportunity and was
promoted as Crewing Officer/OIC wherein she’s handling an
Offshore account for Technical positions (Deck & Engine).
She started with Magsaysay Maritime Corporation, Cruise

Group last February 2016 as Fleet HR Officer under Multi-
fleet Passenger handling Carnival Corporation & PLC –
Casino Department and Image Corp.

Year 2018 she was given an additional account, Magsaysay
HK LTD / ESS Compass – Galley Dept.
