FLEET REYMON LABAY joined Magsaysay on January 2004 in the Documentation

Department where he was assigned as a Visa Officer. Perseverance paid off and
he was transferred to AIDA as an HR Officer Year 2009 to 2014. Further
opportunity came along as he was given a chance to join Princess Cruises Fleet
last 2015 up to present. He is now on her 16th year with Magsaysay.

ROMMEL CATACUTAN - Joined Magsaysay last June 1994 as Clerk assigned to
Documentation Department. After 3 years, was promoted to Documentation Officer
(formerly Asst. Documentation Manager).
In May 2011, I was given an opportunity and transferred to Princess Cruises fleet as
Fleet HR Officer.

Of the same year, an opportunity was given to Mel as he was offered to work as a
Principal Representative from Shipping company in Manila Branch, after that contract
Mel returned to Magsaysay last November 2015 as a Fleet officer of Princess Cruises.

JECIL SALILI joined Magsaysay in November 2015 as an OJT and was assigned
to Multi fleet-Hotel and worked as a project based personnel at Compliance
department. August 2017 when she was hired as Fleet HR assistant in Princes

Cruises Fleet and eventually became the Fleet HR officer. Jecil is looking forward
to more exciting years in providing quality service to crew.
NORIELA M. LEONIDAS

VP, Cruise Group JESSAFAITH B. VALDELLON joined Magsaysay in July 2017 as an OJT assigned to
work with P&O Australia.
Sometime in 2018, she was given an opportunity to work in Princess Cruises as a
Fleet HR Assistant . Another growth in her career came when she transferred to
Galley Department in Febuary 2019 handled both Recruitment, Dispatching and
Training for Newly Hires. She is now on her 3rd year of productive service and
dedication with Magsaysay.
