“Yesterday Once More” When they get to the part
Where he’s breakin’ her heart All my best memories
When I was young It can really make me cry Come back clearly to me
I’d listen to the radio Just like before Some can even make me cry
Waitin’ for my favorite songs It’s yesterday once more Just like before
When they played I’d sing along It’s yesterday once more
It made me smile Lookin’ back on how it was
In years gone by Every Sha-la-la-la
Those were such happy times And the good times that I had Every Wo-o-wo-o
And not so long ago Makes today seem rather sad Still shines
How I wondered where they’d So much has changed Every shing-a-ling-a-ling
gone That they’re startin’ to sing’s
But they’re back again It was songs of love that So fine
Just like a long lost friend I would sing to then
All the songs I loved so well And I’d memorize each word Every Sha-la-la-la
                                             Those old melodies Every Wo-o-wo-o
Every Sha-la-la-la Still sound so good to me Still shines
Every Wo-o-wo-o As they melt the years away Every shing-a-ling-a-ling
Still shines That they’re startin’ to sing’s
Every shing-a-ling-a-ling Every Sha-la-la-la So fine
         That they’re startin’ to sing’s Every Wo-o-wo-o
         So fine Still shines
                                             Every shing-a-ling-a-ling
                                             That they’re startin’ to sing’s
                                             So fine
