WRITE AWAY MAGAZINE

I’m planning on releasing the following issues of Write Away Magazine this year:

August - Holiday themed/or new released lyrics/songs
September - Any new releases/lyrics
October - Autumn themed/or new released lyrics/songs

November - Halloween/Thanks Giving themed/or new released lyrics/songs
December - Christmas bumper issue Christmas themed lyrics and songs only

I am accepting submissions for any or all of these issues NOW via email to:

jane@writeawaymag.co.uk

Please ensure you send at least two weeks prior to release dates which is 4th of every

month. I cannot guarantee space for articles received after this date, and may need to
use your article in a future issue of my choice.

For each submission I request the following:

An original lyric
A write up of around 200 words on how the lyric came about/inspiration
A bio of your music career to date, around 200 words

A few images to support the article which you own the rights to use
A link to the song (not MP3) if there is one eg Youtube, Soundcloud etc
Any website/page links you would like to include

Please be advised that I put Write Away Magazine together completely alone, so it helps
me a lot if you can send all the info requested above in one email, and also if you title
your email with the issue your lyric is intended for.

I’m always open to suggestions for new regular content if anyone is interested in
writing a monthly article for me. So long as it fits in with magazine, I’m happy to run
with it. I’d dearly love someone who can regularly write about home recording if that

might be you..... also perhaps a guitar or keyboard tutor?..... any ideas welcomed.

Also, if you would like to advertise your services to music within Write Away
Magazine, I can offer some very affordable rates for regular adverts. Give me a shout,
