n repas à La Bastide de Capelongue invite à l’éveil des sens.
La vue en premier lieu, découvrant ce panorama exceptionnel

sur Bonnieux, le Luberon et le parc paysager du Domaine. Le
toucher ensuite, en s’installant dans le restaurant avec ses meubles
patinés et son linge aux teintes douces.

L’odorat bien sûr, avec les fragrances émanant des jardins et les
arômes s’échappant de la cuisine. L’ouïe en n, avec le clapotement
de l’eau de la fontaine et le chant des nombreux oiseaux du parc. Puis

vient l’explosion des sens : assiettes aux graphismes parfaits, mets
aux parfums délicats et papilles qui s’affolent pour une cuisine « de
chair, de saveur, d’odeur autant que de parfum. »

Et pour prolonger les plaisirs gustatifs par une pause bien être,
nous vous proposons de venir découvrir notre spa B&C en partenariat
avec cinq mondes.

Nous accueillons la clientèle en journée sur rendez-vous, des
soins visages et corps à base de produits naturels alliés à des
pratiques ancestrales vous seront prodigués. n
