Field Hockey’s Austyn Cuneo Named to Senior Game

       PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers field hockey
       senior Austyn Cuneo was selected for the roster
       of the Victory Sports Tours/NFHCA Division I
       Senior Game.

       Cuneo has played in 46 games with the Scarlet
       Knights over the last three seasons, starting in all
       of them. The Waterford Works, N.J. native has
       scored 15 goals and added 13 assists for 43
       career points. A team captain this season,
       Cuneo has led the team with 14 points and six
       assists with four goals in nine games.

       The back was named Big Ten Offensive Player
       of the Week after scoring three times on the
       opening weekend of the season.

       This Eastern Regional product was previously
       named a 2019 Big Ten Preseason Player to
       Watch and 2017 Second Team All-Region. She
       was named Academic All-Big Ten in 2018.

       This marks the second straight year that RU has
       had a player selected for the Senior Game,
       following Linde van Schaik earning the selection last season.

                                                                                          North Carolina.

                                                                                          22, 2019 at Wake Forest
                                                                                          University's Kentner
                                                                                          Stadium following the
                                                                                          completion of the NCAA
                                                                                          Division I semifinal
                                                                                          games.
