5.1 Data Transference Workflow between iRAD Health and Police Modules

Patient registration in iRAD application can be initiated in two different ways based on the first
responder at accident scene. During the Peri – phase of a collision, Police and Health will be

the two major stakeholder Departments involved in the accident scene. As the roles /
responsibilities of the Departments differ in an accident scene, the data entry mechanism in
the application is designed based on their workflow (Fig 3). Therefore, the app is designed to

initiate patient registration from either of the stakeholders with appropriate horizontal
integration between them to ensure that their respective workflow is maintained and the data

is integrated across the stakeholder Departments. The detailed explanation of Data
