Reflection

Through the discussions we’ve had, it is very fulfilling to learn some-

thing new that would make you grow and change your perspectives in life.

Despite challenges that life brings especially during these times, I have

learned to see the brighter side of it. There were times that I thought that I

am missing the direction toward my goals in life, but I was able to keep my-
self on track as soon as I think about what I’ve been and learned in life.

Similarly, what we’ve learned in Human Behavior Organizations greatly

impact to our understanding of life not only in the workplace but also in real

life. It is significant to make connection with other people especially in any
organization. Thus, an individual should not only understand oneself but also

others. Moreover, it is also important to communicate, motivate, understand

and inspire people whether in a work environment or real life situations. It is

more fulfilling to grow as an individual while making difference to others life.

GO BEYOND is the title of this compilation because I believe that in order

for an individual to go beyond their limits, they must be out of their comfort
zone. What have been included in this compilation can help an individual to

reach their success through understanding and discovering who they truly

are. Generally, all the activities are full of different challenges that honed us

in different aspect and changed our perspective in life.
