DIVERSITY AS A BENEFIT  AND NOT HARM TO



                                             AN ORGANIZATION









      It is a fact that diversity can be a source of great benefit
      to organizations. Imagine a company with employees

      having different values, perspectives, backgrounds, ide-
      as and skills, it will be an advantage to the organization

      in acquiring and creating more ideas, solutions, process

      or ways to solve problems and achieve their goals.
      However, it is a challenge to manage diversity.













                      But then, most organizations become more effective if they encourage diver-

                      sity. It can be a way to build an innovative and productive workforce within the
                      organization. They can also compete with other companies even globally due

                      to their different set of ideas and skills from personal experiences. It will also
                      help in strengthening employees performance since they may apply the

                      shared knowledge and skills from co-employees.














         Likewise, it will create a competitive advantage since it is a great opportunity to communicate
         and expand the organization in diverse communities. This leads to the positive reputation of the
         organization and will not only increase the profit gained but will also build and develop a strong
         and effective organization. In addition, embracing diversity within the organization creates a pos-
         itive relationship with different members. It is crucial for the organization that all members can
         understand and accept each other despite differences in order for them to be more productive
         and effective in work. Thus, diversity plays a vital role in every organization.
