Reflection

Through the discussions we’ve had, it is very fulfilling to learn something

new that would make you grow and change your perspectives in life. Despite

challenges that life brings especially during these times, I have learned to see

the bright side of it. There were times that I thought that I was missing the direc-
tion toward my goals in life, but I was able to keep myself on track as soon as I

think about what I’ve been and learned in life.

Similarly, what we’ve learned in Human Behavior Organizations greatly im-

pacts our understanding of life not only in the workplace but also in real life. It is

significant to make connections with other people especially in any organization.

Thus, an individual should not only understand oneself but also others. Moreover,
it is also important to communicate, motivate, connect and inspire people

whether in a work environment or real life situations. It is more fulfilling to grow

as an individual while making a difference in others’ lives.

GO BEYOND is the title of this course portfolio because I believe that in order

for an individual to go beyond their limits, they must be out of their comfort zone.

They should go beyond what they know and what they think they can only do in
life. This compilation can greatly help an individual to reach their success

through understanding and discovering who they truly are. An individual should

be open to acquiring new learnings and challenges to go beyond their limits.

Generally, all the activities are full of different challenges that honed us in dif-

ferent aspects and changed our perspective in life.
