AL-IRSHAD
The IRSHAD program is a buddy project implemented by Arab Unity School, where older
students are carefully matched with younger students to serve as mentors, providing
emotional support and guidance to help navigate through any challenges they may
encounter. This initiative fosters a sense of belonging and promotes personal growth
among both the mentor and mentee.
