Primary DEPUTY HEAD
Message from the Deputy Head
As we come together to celebrate another year of achievements, growth, and
camaraderie, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude for each and every one of
you. The school magazine serves as a testament to the collective accomplishments and
memories we have created throughout this academic year. This was a year with many
challenges and changes, but we persevered and came out victorious.
As the Deputy Head, it has been an honor to witness your dedication, resilience, and
passion for learning. You have shown a remarkable commitment to academic
excellence, embracing challenges with a tenacity that sets you apart. Your hard work,
curiosity, and thirst for knowledge have not only elevated your own achievements but
have also inspired your peers and the entire school community.
This year, we have witnessed your talents shine in various domains, be it academics,
arts, sports, or in the STEM field. Your achievements in the classroom, and at external
competitions, have made us proud. It is through your efforts and perseverance that
you have pushed boundaries and achieved remarkable success.
As we flip through the pages of this magazine, let it serve as a testament to your hard
work, creativity, and determination. Each article, photograph, and reflection captures a
part of our shared journey. It is a testament to the memories we have created
together, the friendships you have forged, and the lessons you have learned.
To the “graduating” year 6 classes, this magazine serves as a keepsake, a tangible
reminder of the incredible experiences and friendships you have cultivated during your
time in Primary school. As you prepare to spread your wings and soar into the next
chapter of your lives, know that the foundation you have built here will support you as
you pursue your dreams and make a difference in the world.
I extend my heartfelt congratulations to each and every one of you. Thank you for your
contributions, your passion, and your unwavering commitment to our school
community. May this magazine serve as a cherished keepsake, capturing the essence
of this academic year and reminding us all of the remarkable individuals we have
become.
With gratitude and pride,
Rocco De Bruyn
Deputy Head KS2
