HOW IS YOUR TRAINING NOW AFTER COM-
PETING FOR SO MANY YARS?
I still work out hard every day. It is not easy to
stay in tip top condition for many years, spe-
cially the older you get more injuries you might
face. But this won’t stop me from reaching my
dream. It might slow me down for a bit but I
know I’ll become stronger. I have huge respect
for nowadays stars like Scott Adkins, Michael
Jay White, Tony Jaa, Tim Man, Mike Moller,…
how they can stay on top of their performance.
These guys are just incredible. I would love to
throw kicks and punches with them one day.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH YOUR INJURIES?
Well, being an athlete and not able to work out
it can be very depressing. It is very important to
stay positive and believe you’ll get better. It is
powerful what your mind can do for you. One
of my hero is a writer and filmmaker Clements
Kuby. After his horrible high fall accident he
irrupted his spine cord. Doctors prognoses were
wheel chair for the rest of his life but he walks
and he accomplished that through his mind.
Doctors can’t believe that he is walking when
looking at his X-ray. My motto is: Even impossi-
ble is possible if you put your mind to it.
I believe in energy. It can heal you, draw ama-
zing people to your life, miracles just start ha-
ppening.
I’m just happy to share my story in this magazi-
ne, hopefully it will motivate someone to thrive
for better.
Thank you!
