Life’s Timing
As I swing the stick back and forth, listening to the whistle of
the wind, the sound my
weapon makes cutting the air, it reminds me of the moments
of my life, flying by so quickly and in all directions, the only
constant I see... to be sure, is the fact that change is like a
tidal wave, leaving a path that cannot be stopped, but if I am
able to flow and accept it, I can ride the water...be the water,
change is me and I am change, like a surfboard that floats and
glides, my blade will fly free...true and strong, feeling no dif-
ference between it and my soul, until its time for the ultimate
change... of all changes.
