       Fundraising goal reached

        for new breast center

Donors throughout the Dallas community have given more than $40 million to create a
new comprehensive breast center at Parkland. The lead gift of $15 million from the Moody
Foundation will be recognized by naming the new center the Moody Center for Breast Health.
The fundraising goal was reached well before the new breast center opens to patients in 2021.

The Moody Center for Breast Health will allow Parkland to bring together breast health services
under one roof, making screenings, treatment and follow-up care more convenient for patients.
The new center will expand services, providing a pathway to achieving national accreditation.
Access to care will also be significantly improved with increased space.
