  1984 911SC/RS COUPE
In 1984, Porsche Motorsports built 21 examples of the SC/RS to meet Group B homologation rules. Following 911 RS/RSR mass reduction practice, factory lightweight parts reduced its weight to 2,160 Ibs, approximately 1,000 lbs lighter than the 911SC street car, at a price of $72,000 in 1984. VIN #018 is one of the last SC/RSs to leave the factory. It has covered just over 1,700 kilometers in its life and is one of the three most original examples left in the world.
  1992 964 RS LIGHTWEIGHT
By 1992, the 1973 Carrera RS was a distant memory and Porsche introduced the upgraded 964 Carrera RS. Based the 1990+ 964 Cup Cars, the streetable 964 RS was a huge hit, with 2,276 sold in three different varieties, of which 1,910 were the standard stripped-out version with bucket seats and thin carpet. All RS models were fitted with the same blueprinted M64/03 air- cooled, opposed SOHC six-cylinder engine, which produced 260 bhp at 6,100 rpm with 240 lb-ft of torque at 5,000 rpm.
