Amy Perryman is currently cer fied through the Ultrasound Guidelines Council (UGC; see
www.ultrasoundbeef.com), and approved to submit images to central processing labs. This
includes the CUP Lab (Centralized Ultrasound Processing Lab) through which the IBBA
collects data for EPD informa on.

Once again, Sabal Ridge Brangus, LLC, has hired Amy Perryman, a cer fied ultrasound technician, to ultrasound our
ca le. As noted above she is cer fied and approved through the Ultrasound Guidelines Council. The IBBA requires
ca le to be ultrasounded and then the interpreta on based on day 365 of the animal’s age. We decided to Ultra-
sound our bulls as close to sale me as we could, which was September 15, 2023, and be able to give you the Rib Eye
Area and Intermuscular Fat measurements as actual as possible to the me of sale. We are lucky to have Amy close in
the State of Florida and available year round to Cer fiably Ultrasound our ca le.
