There is a myriad of grateful moments I’ve experienced
over my 5 years journey. My greatest moments at work
have always been related to solving a problem or
creating a solution for our staff, family members, and or
patients.
Creative thinking, outside-the-box solutions, and
making sure our service is always the best quality is
critical to having a successful work experience. I often
speak to patients and family members in their darkest
hours, and when we work to resolve these issues, they
rise to their optimal selves. It's such a satisfying
experience to observe!!!
