These past 10 years at St. Michael’s Hospital have definitely
Start Date: July 16, 2011 been fulfilling and exciting years, full of opportunities and
constant learning. The new staff orientation that involved a
visit to the helipad, summer staff barbeques in the park,
Halloween dress up competitions (including some very
funny skits), my team’s holiday lunches, and birthday
celebrations are some examples of the fun times I
experienced over these years.
The one memory that will always stay with me is the
Internationally Educated Professionals Integration program
that I was very lucky to be part of. The program definitely
fueled my journey at SMH. I met some amazing people with
whom I made lasting friendships. I will always be grateful to
SMH for the opportunity.
This past year and half has been anything but normal. And I
feel very privileged to be a part of an organization that
played a critical role in our fight against the COVID-19 virus.
During these uncertain times, Unity Health Toronto’s
tremendous support for it’s staff, patients and the
community it serves will be forever etched in my mind.
Lastly, a big shout out to my work family for making these
10 years enriching , rewarding and memorable. Thank you
for being part of this wonderful journey.
