My favorite memory was when the entire staff was

Management and sttaff attended a two day work shop
at the boulevard club. Clown, bouncing balloons around
being silly, great meals, learning how to deal with stress
and team building. We walked on small blocks, holding
and supporting each other, through various exercises.
Definitely walked away with a stronger bond and team.
My first day as an RN was on the mental health unit,
four years later after one of the staff retired, I was given
the opportunity to join the team. The support and
guidance I received from my manager Tom and
colleagues were amazing. This is a very challenging time
with covid 19, we need each other’s support now more
than ever. Thank you to all my colleagues as we
continue to work hard to uphold our values and mission
at St Joe’s. As a team we will get through this.
