Entrance Restrictions

Three Entrances for Staff and Volunteers:
1. Providence Hospital main entrance

(verbal screening in Long Term Care)

2. Houses of Providence main entrance

3. D1 Hospital entrance – swipe access ONLY

Why?

*Following public health guidelines to keep
everyone safe.

We ask staff and volunteers to verbally attest
and sign a document as a commitment to being
well enough in our facility.

This includes all safety practices i.e. social
distancing, handwashing and wearing of a Unity
Health issued mask.

Staff, Physicians and Volunteers can use any exit to
leave the building
