                                                          Creamy Mushroom Chicken Marsala

                                                        1 onion, sliced
                                                        1 package Tarnegol dark chicken
                                                        8 oz. variety of fresh mushrooms
                                                        5 garlic cloves
                                                        1 cup water
                                                        1/2 cup marsala wine
                                                        2 tbsp soy sauce
                                                        2 tbsp corn starch, diluted
                                                        1/2 tsp salt
                                                        1/4 tsp black pepper

                                                        Preheat oven to 350°F.
                                                        Spread onion slices on the bottom of
                                                        the 9x13 pan. Add chicken,
                                                        mushrooms and garlic on top.
                                                        In a separate bowl, combine water,
                                                        wine, soy sauce, corn starch, salt and
                                                        pepper. Mix well and pour over the
                                                        chicken.

                                                        Cover the pan tightly and bake for 1
                                                        ½ hours.
                                                        Yields: 6 servings
