wraps  Chicken Bottoms



























               INGREDIENTS                         DIRECTIONS

               Main ingredients                    Chicken

               8 chicken bottoms,                  In a large shallow bowl, whisk together
               skinned
                                                   large dish and pretzel crumbs combined
               2 eggs                              with spices into another large dish.
                                                   Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
               2 teaspoons mustard                 (180 degrees Celsius).

                                                   Line  a  baking  sheet  with  aluminum  foil
                                                   and pour in oil, tilting so oil covers entire
                                                   bottom of pan.
               1 and 1/3 cups pretzel
               crumbs                              Working  with one piece of chicken at  a

               1 teaspoon onion powder             with  egg  mixture  and  last  with  pretzel
                                                   crumbs.
               1/2 teaspoon lemon
               pepper                              Place each piece top-side down in oil.

               1/2 cup oil                         Bake  for  45  minutes,  uncovered,  and
                                                   remove from oven.
                                                   Using  a  spatula  to  ensure  the  crumb
                                                   pieces over; return to oven.
                                                   Bake for an additional 45 minutes.
