INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
Salad
Prepare the Salad
1 8-ounce package shredded
lettuce Divide lettuce among plates.

Prepare the Dressing
Dressing In a small bowl, mix dressing

beautifully striped pink and white
2 tablespoons white wine beets that taste sharper than a sweet
red beet, almost like a radish. If you

1/4 teaspoon pepper with a watermelon radish or a regular
radish.
