Recipe:
1 stick butter, room temp
1 cup brown sugar
4 oz. whipped cream cheese, room temp
1 egg
½ tsp. baking soda
Pinch salt
1 cup chocolate coated pretzels
Garnish:
1 Bakers Choice pretzel cream
Chocolate coated pretzels
Bakers Choice Caramel cream
Directions:
and salt. Mix until combined. Break the
pretzels into small chunks and fold into
lined 9x13 pan. Bake on 350° for 20-25
minutes. Let cool.
Spread pretzel cream over the top of
cookie cake and freeze for 10 minutes.
Cut into 2 inch squares. Decorate with
chocolate coated pretzels and drizzle
caramel cream over it.
