easy chicken wraps
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
Main ingredients Chicken
In a large shallow bowl, whisk together eggs
8 chicken bottoms, skinned
pretzel crumbs combined with spices into
2 eggs another large dish.
2 teaspoons mustard Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180
degrees Celsius).
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and
pour in oil, tilting so oil covers entire bottom
1 and 1/3 cups pretzel crumbs of pan.
1 teaspoon onion powder Working with one piece of chicken at a time,
mixture and last with pretzel crumbs.
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
Place each piece top-side down in oil.
1/2 cup oil
Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered, and remove
from oven.
Using a spatula to ensure the crumb layer
return to oven.
Bake for an additional 45 minutes.
