               INGREDIENTS                          DIRECTIONS
               Dough                                Prepare the Dough
                 1 pound margarine                  Combine all ingredients to form soft
                 4 cups Flour                       dough. Do not overmix. Refrigerate
                                                    overmight.

               2/3 cup water                        Divide dough into seven parts.
                                                    Taking one part at a time, roll out
               2 tablespoons vinegar
                                                    to a circle 1/4 inch thick
               2 egg yolks
               10 ounces Apricot Fruit              Spread with apricot jam.
               Spread or other apricot jam,         Prepare Filling and Bake
               blended, for easy spreading
                                                    Divide into seven parts. Sprinkle

                 1 cup ground almonds
                 1 cup wheat germ                   Cut into eight wedges and cut each
                                                    wedge into four. Roll each triangle
                                                    tightly and place onto lined cookie
               1 cup sugar                          sheet. Repeat with remaining

               1 cup brown sugar

               4 tablespoons Vanilla Sugar          Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for
                                                    12 minutes or until done. Do not
               2 teaspoons Cinnamon                 overbake.
