Mushroom wraps  INGREDIENTS
                  Gnocchi

                  2 packages Mini Gnocchi

                  1 onion, diced
                      5 ounces cremini mushrooms, quartered
                  8 whole cloves garlic

                  1 tablespoon umami seasoning


                  fresh thyme

                  1 and 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
                  Chicken

                  3 cubes Frozen Garlic

                  1 tablespoon umami seasoning


                  1 teaspoon smoked paprika

                  salt

                  pepper, to taste

                  6 chicken thighs






                  DIRECTIONS
                  Prepare the Chicken over Gnocchi
                  Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

                  Add the gnocchi, onion, mushrooms, garlic, and oil to a large baking dish and
                  toss to combine. Top with fresh thyme and broth.

                  In a bowl, make a paste with the garlic cubes, umami seasoning, oil, smoked
                  paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Add the seasoned
                  chicken to the baking dish, cover, and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake
                  for about 15 minutes more, until the skin is golden.
