INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
1/2 cup green olives Prepare the Tomato, Mozzarella and
Olive Tapenade Tart
1/2 cup black olives
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
1 clove garlic (200 degrees Celsius) and line a baking
tray with parchment paper.
1/2 teaspoon thyme In a food processor or with a hand
blender, blitz the olives, garlic, thyme,
4 teaspoons Olive Oil olive oil, and vinegar together to form
the tapenade.
