INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
Crumb Cake Hamentashen Prepare the Hamentaschen
2 eggs Mix the eggs, oil, and sugar together.
1/2 cup oil Add in the baking powder, salt, and
vanilla sugar, and mix.
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder forms. (If dough is wet add in one to
1/2 teaspoon salt time.)
In a separate bowl in all the ingredients
for the crumbs together.
Crumbs Roll out the dough and cut out circles. Fill
1 cup sugar with about one to one and 1/2 teaspoons
Bake 15-18 minutes.
1/2 cup oil (start with 1/2 and if
too dry add in an additional 1 – 2
tablespoons)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
