                INGREDIENTS
                Haman Hat-Shaped Beef Empanadas          Quick Homemade Pie Dough

                3 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, divided  3 cups Mishpacha Flour
                  2 pounds ground beef
                  2 medium onions, chopped               1 tablespoon sugar
                                                           1 and 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
                2 small red peppers, seeded, chopped
                  3 tablespoons ground cumin               1 cup cold, cubed unsalted margarine or
                  2 tablespoons sweet paprika            shortening, or a combination

                                                         2/3 cup ice-cold water
                1 tablespoon dried oregano

                1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika              Herbed Dipping Sauce

                1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper or cayenne   1 jalapeño, seeds and membrane
                pepper                                   removed
                1 and 1/2 cups chicken stock or broth
                                                         2 cups cilantro
                2 teaspoons honey
                                                         12 large mint leaves
                2 teaspoons kosher salt
                1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper           2 tablespoons water
                1/2 cup raisins                            3 tablespoons vegetable oil
                1/2 cup Pitted Green Olives, cut in half
                lengthwise                               1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
                3 sheets store-bought pie dough, pizza dough     1 teaspoon honey
                or Quick Homemade Pie Dough (recipe below)    1/2 teaspoon salt
