HMGB1 from macrophages. HMGB1 has been implicated in food

               pituitary axis. It mediates endotoxin lethality, arthritis, and
               macrophage activation. The inflammation induced by necrotic cells

               is caused in part by the escape of HMGB1 from disrupted nuclei
