The future light to be shed
The most fitting way we could think of to end this book is with a simple look forward. Though we clearly hope
to be qualified enough to write this book and provide the insight we have given throughout, we also admit not to
know everything. More than that, we as a community, both scientific and clinical, still have much to learn.
So as a tribute to the current limits of our knowledge, and in the hope of ever-so-slightly influencing the push
to help us learn more, here is a quick list of questions/topics we collectively hope that people will spend time and
resources to research.
